General

REEDANTECH (referred here as “REEDANTECH ” ) terms and conditions are simple and straightforward. These are activated once an email of confirmation from you for your order (of any kind of service that we offer) are received by our team. 

We will use email, WhatsApp and/or text messaging for any form of communication with you. Please be aware of common scams.

Our customers are not always right. If you treat any of our staff with disrespect with verbal or written abuse we will advise you of that, and ask you to play nice. Your contract can be terminated at any time.

Each project is tailored to our customers. You may endure additional costs if you require additional features. Please bare this in mind.

Service Fees

A 'Free website' refers to one of our website plans being built on behalf of REEDANTECH for you as the Customer free of charge. You are entitled to all the features within the plan. REEDANTECH only offer the 'Starter' plan for their free website builds. If you require any more than what is described, you will be billed as normal.

We do not charge our customers for any call out costs e.g. fuel/miles.

If you choose to purchase a higher ranking plan, extras or sub subscription plans, you will be charged as normal. A 50% deposit is required before any work commences which is non refundable.

We have multiple pricing options and some of the features on the Service require payment of fees, as described for each Service on the Site (“Fees”). If you sign up for these features, you must pay all applicable Fees. We reserve the right to change our prices and/or bundle certain parts of the Service together for pricing purposes, and may do so at any time. You authorise us to make any reasonably necessary inquiries to validate your account and financial information.

All Fees are in GBP and are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are responsible for payment thereof.

REEDANTECH and/or its affiliated companies will issue an invoice for any payment of Fees or refund made to or by REEDANTECH (“Invoice”). Each Invoice will be issued in electronic form and based on the information stated in your billing address, and will be made available to you by e-mail. For the purpose of issuing the Invoice, you may be required to furnish certain Personal Information (as such term is defined in the Privacy Policy) in order to comply with local laws. Please note that the Invoice presented in your account may be inadequate with your local law requirements.

Fee's are applicable for the external hosting platforms we use to build your website(s). Please refer to 'Platforms'.

Platforms

REEDANTECH use specific platforms to build websites. These may include BLINKI, WIX, SQUARESPACE, WORDPRESS and Shopify (not an exhaustive list). If you have an alternative, please raise this with the team member who will then decide whether the platform is appropriate to achieve the desired results.

Unfortunately, websites to not come entirely free of charge. You will need to pay a subscription directly to the platform provider on a monthly or annual basis. These typically range from £15 - £35 per month. REEDANTECH does not benefit from this subscription. REEDANTECH can help you set up any subscriptions you would like however we do not cover the costs.

Additional Information

Domains - If you do not already have a domain, please purchase one prior to the project starting. This ensures a smooth go live process. A REEDANTECH team member will confirm you have a domain ready whilst completing their pre contract checklist.

Contracts - A contract is created for all projects. You are required to read through the project and our terms and conditions before signing. You will need to return your signed contract back to us within 7 working days or your quotation will be terminated.

Refunds, Cancellations & Termination

Our team need full transparency from you throughout the project. We also have time constraints. REEDANTECH will agree a specific time period in which the project will be fully completed to the expected standard. If we do not have the relevant materials or information, this may cause delays.

Refunds are not applicable for free websites. If you have purchased something else, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

If you do not communicate with us or provide us with the information and resource we need, your project will automatically time out after 90 days and be terminated. We will no longer continue to work with you in the future.
